AD Management Pack does not support monitoring across multiple Forests

Hi

We are planning to implement SCOM in forest A. There is also a forest B.
There is no trust relationship.

So we will implement a gateway server in forest B.

I have the following sentence in AD Management Pack Guide: AD Management
Pack does not support monitoring across forests...

Is this really true, even if we use a gateway server?.

Hi Fabian,

That is true, the current version of the AD MP does not support multiple
forest, even if there is no problem deploying agents on all domain controllers.

Thanks for the information. Do you know other management pack with the same
problem? for example dns?

Hi Fabian,

No other MP that I can think of now. I have not seen a problem like this
for the DNS MP.
