MOM 2005 AD Report Confusion

The AD Domain Changes report is empty, which I think means there were no
domain changes, is that correct? Also, the rule: Account Changes Report
Available was raising alerts saying the report was available for account
changes. When I go to the report server no such report can be found? Is this
some kind of game to make my job more fun?

Thanks

The alert comes from rule: \Microsoft Windows Active Directory\Active
Directory Windows 2000 and Windows Server 2003\Active Directory - SAM
Errors\Account Changes Report Available.

I cannot find this account changes report... I've looked in the guide and am
not finding a mention of it.
